    • BEFORE THE SHOW

    • Where the show will be held?

      Exhibition will take place at Crocus Expo (Moscow, Russia), the largest and most modern venue in Russia. 

      How to get there:

      Crocus Expo can easily be reached from the city centre either by taxi by the newly opened highway or by metro till Myakinino station (Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line).
      Use the exit to EXPO 3 and you will reach the pavilion right from the metro station.

       

    • Where can I see what will be presented on the show?

      The list of the companies that will take part in MAPIC Russia 2018 is available here

    • Should I pay to take part in the business programme?

      Yes, if you are interested in attending the business programme, you need to buy a delegated package. Please contact our manager and fill in the form. More information about the business programme and delegates application are available here.
    • Which day is the best for visiting?

      All days of the exhibition are equally worth visiting – all of them have the same list of participants.
    • 12:30 – 14:00 Lunch

    • What should I do, if I registered online, but have not received badge via e-mail?

      Please check your SPAM folder, sometimes letters might get into it. If you have not found the letter there, please write us from the address that you have mentioned during the registration to out IT specialists it@reedexpo.ru
    • How should I prepare for the show?

      Surely, we recommend you to look through the exhibitors` list, the floor plan and the business programme to plan your time during the event.
    • Why to attend an exhibition every time with the same companies?

      It is not correct. Annually MAPIC Russia has participants who have never took part in the show before. You will have an opportunity to meet with your old partners from the companies you already know and to get acknowledged with the new companies and trends.
    • DURING THE SHOW

    • Where can I get acknowledged with the exhibitors` list and the floor plan?

      The list of the participants and the floor plan will be placed on the banners located near the entrance to the show.
    • Is there a wardrobe?

      Sure. Wardrobe is located on the Western entrance of Expocentre and also in the pavilion 7, hall 6, 1st floor (downstairs from hall 6)

    • Can I leave my luggage somewhere during my visit?

      No. Due to the security rules, we do not store anything, we do not have such service.
    • Is there a wi-fi on-site?

      No. Expocentre has its own wi-fi network, however, we can not guarantee its` work.

    • Is there an ATM inside the Pavilion 7?

      No, there is no ATM inside the pavilion.
    • Can I buy a delegate package on-site?

      Yes, if you would like to buy a delegates package please contact organisers of the show at the Organisers office.

    • AFTER THE SHOW

    • How an I find a company after the show if I know its name?

      Online catalogue is available 6 months after the show on MAPIC Russia website. Please use it to find the company you are interested in and find information about it and the contact information.

    • How can I contact the other participant of the show if I lost his visit card?

      You can find contacts of other participants in the online catalogue, which is available 6 months after the show.

    • How can I contact the Organiser?
